It’s time to say goodbye.

BidFair is shutting down. We tried to build a fair, low-fee freelance marketplace, but it didn’t work out. Thank you to everyone who created a profile, posted a project, placed a bid, or simply rooted for the idea.

If you have any funds, active projects, or account questions, please reach out, we’ll help you close things out cleanly.

What this means

We’re no longer accepting new signups, new projects, or new bids. BidFair is now in a wind-down state focused on support and clean closure.

Accounts

Logins may be limited. If you need access to your data, contact us and we’ll help.

Projects

No new postings or bids. Existing items should be considered closed unless explicitly confirmed.

Payments

If you have Stripe-related questions (payouts, refunds, disputes), reach out and we’ll respond quickly.

Building products means taking swings. This one didn’t land, but we’re grateful it existed at all.

Can I still access my account?
Maybe. Some areas may be disabled. If you can’t log in, contact support and we’ll help with next steps.
What if I’m waiting on a payout or refund?
Email support with the account email you used and any relevant details (project, amount, date). We’ll respond.
Can I request data deletion/export?
Yes, contact support and specify “export” or “delete” in your message.
